Help answer the question about wight loss

Suggest me dishes… I am on a rapid wight loss diet…?
Hi, I need to lose lots of pounds/kilos. My basic diet strategy is to omit cereals (rice, bread, etc) sweets (sugar, colas, cakes, etc) and have minimum oil/butter (whatever's needed to cook raw food)… I am a big meat eater and kinda addicted. Can you please suggest me tasty dishes/ food items, low on calories and without the things above? Thanks

stress can cause headaches and put a stop to your periods but it can also cause an irritable bowel which does bring really bad stomach pains. Go take a couple of pain killers and try really hard to relax…music bath candles book etc etc oh and don't forget the chocolate:)

Those are all signs of stress. There are too many fish in that tiny tank for one thing. A fish will always stress when moved from a larger home to a smaller one and into brand new water conditions. To help them out avoid rushing up to the tank, or looking in the tank, or turning the lights on or off suddenly. Anything that is 'spooking' them is causing stress. Move slowly around the tank. You may have to drop the food in and leave so they will settle down and eat. They will get into a routine and get comfortable soon. In the mean time start saving some money for a larger home like a 20 gallon tank they are going to need it soon. Those tiny tanks are really only suitable for one small fish like a betta.

explain your severe symptoms to your general practitioner and suggest an anti-anxiety medication for just the new few weeks and the day of the wedding to help you cope.

You can be depressed at any age. If you think that you need professional help from a therapist about it, that might be a good idea. Some of your depression could be caused by not getting enough sleep at night, or having a bad diet. Try to get about 8 hours of sleep when you can, I know I always get really irritable when I don't get enough sleep. I'm going to be 18 in a few weeks, and with graduation and everything else coming up, depression seems to be pretty common. Some things that might help with depression would just be listening to music, simple stuff like that. Write down your thoughts in a notebook when you feel depressed, maybe then you can find what's causing it and fix it. :]

The Roman Empire lasted until the mid 1400s, if you count the eastern half of the empire as Roman (which the Romans did.) There are profound differences between the stresses at different times of its history. You can write books on the subject (and people have.)

What you're looking for can probably found here. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crisis_of_the_3rd_century The Crisis of the Third Century is when all the stresses came together in dramatic form, and the Empire should have fallen. It didn't, but the character of the Empire was very different after the Crises were resolved.

Barbarian invasions, Emperors being overthrown, civil war, economic failure, mass starvations, mass revolts in which generals become warlords and declare their own empires — it all happened in the 3rd Century.

Everybody is different and you really help with a lot of people to realize that.

And frankly, if you are trying to lose weight, do it the healthy, right way. Don’t take the easy way out with all these pills and programs. Sometimes all it takes are simple lifestyle changes.

from my point of view you're both stressed and a bit depressed or worried about something.

I've been in a depression aswell and this made me stressed. i had the same symtoms as you have. what i did may seem hard but you just have to clear your mind, make an appointment with yourself and hold you to it! but most important CLEAR YOUR MIND!!!

when you've done that the appointment has to be completed, which for me was talk to my parents/family about my problem, and if that didn't work or you wanna stay anonymous visit a doctor, you can tell him everything you want, he can help you with everything and he cannot tell anyone about your problem!

Sounds stressed. Could also be cold. Could be stressed if other pets around. Ceiling fans on. Near a window. I would cover half of the cage for security for him. Is there any new toys you put in cage sometimes this does it. Get a good book on them. They are wonderful little creatures and very sociable with time and patience. Good luck.
