Another way is to purge your home of junk, having to travel to get a snack is sure to put your dent in your appetite.

Lastly, exercise is a no brainer solution when it comes to extra fast weight loss!     I had Lap Band done 4-16-08 and I have NOT regretted it at all. I have not had any complications and matter of fact never took any pain medications, all I had was being tired. I know I will lose the weight slower but it was the safest for me with my other health issues. I did put the weight on gradual and mine has a lot to do with medications that put the weight on you and because I got where I couldn't exercise due to arthritis in my knees (two knee replacements), arthritis in my lower back (metal rod and screws) heart disease, diabetes, and a few other things. I needed this surgery to get me back to being healthy. It is the beginning of my new lifestyle..

    The best range to lose weight in is 1 to 2.5 lbs a week. This will allow your body to accustom itself to the loss and the skin to regain its prestretched stage. Losing weight too quickly will cause the skin of abdomen, chest and inner thighs to sag, possibly dramatically. I don’t personally believe in any of the fad diets that keep showing up. I think that they put your body into an unhealthy famine mode which will cause you to gain the fat right back if you start to eat normally again. The best idea is to eliminate all junk food. You can do a cheat day if you need to but don’t go overboard. Eat balanced meals of reasonable size. Overeating will cause your stomach to be too large and you will still feel hungry when you’re not. Also have lots of healthy snacks during the day. Ideally you’ll want to eat 5 or 6 small meals throughout the day. Carry food with you so you aren’t tempted to eat unhealthily when you’re out of the house. And don’t buy unhealthy foods. Get foods that are low in bad fats—we do need fat to survive but not saturated fat. Minimize the processed flours and sugars, no white bread, no sugar. Choose leaner meats and protein sources. Don’t expect to eat pizza and burritos all the time and lose weight. And eat tons of vegetables. Eat salads, steamed vegetables and raw vegetables too. You can’t eat so much celery that you’ll get fat. Don’t eat too much fruit or things containing high fructose corn syrup. The reason is that fructose is hard on the liver because it can only be metabolized there. You can eat fruit during or after a workout. Don’t eat late at night because your body will turn it into fat. Eat a smaller amount of calories than needed to maintain your weight. You have burn more than you intake. Always exercise. Cardio especially, but weights are good too. Don’t give up. You’ll be glad you chose to lose the weight.

    sometimes taking a flu shots give you the flu anyhow because of the pain and the liquid that is inside of it cause some people body's don't like the feel of pain that they get sick from it so i personally don't take any flu shots although they say that it is good and i don't take any for the simple fact that i know i will get sick just by the shot alone

    your exhaustion is a sight of bodys starvation mode – you are seriously slowing down your metabolism and contributing to yo-yo dieting.
    body needs 70cal/hour just for basic functioning (like when you are in coma) for a person over 150lbs and thats 1680cal/day.
    all you are losing is water weight and muscle not fat and will gain it all back if not more when you start eating normal again – be realistic – you are not gona be able to maintain under 1000cal diet for the rest of your life. you can lose fat only when you create just a slight deficit in daily caloric intake (not more than 500cal – e.g. if i need 2400cal/day to maintain i will lose weight by eating 1900cal/day)

    He didn’t say that. He said if you do a lot of cardio and don’t have proper suplements (food) for your muscles, your body takes energy from “eating” muscle tissue. So yeah, you still losing weight but probably not the kind you would like to;)
