    Get a pedometer to see how many steps a day you walk.
    Join a gym- even better, join a gym with your spouse/co-worker/friend so you have someone to keep you going back.

    Mostly to wash their hands often.

    Then there is the obvious, brush and floss and see a dentist regularly.

    Get some excercise. Don't eat TOO much junk food. (a little is OK on occasion, I'm not a total party-pooper!)

    Don't share water bottles or other drinks. That is the FASTEST way to get sick. Have them drink plenty of warer and write their name on the bottle with a "sharpie" to avoid mix-ups.

    you do know that it doesnt make the trick different if you pivet it. its all the same thing just different styles. but this video did give me some good tricks to think about and practice for lines

    -get some good zit cream, but don't put too much on it'll dry out your face
    -I put face lotion on my face w/ sun protection in it, so I wouldn't get sun spots later
    -condition only the ends of my hair
    -I wash my face twice a day
    -take a shower daily
    -brush my teeth 2-3 times a day
    -eat all my meals
    thats all I can think of right now.

    ~Wake up at 6AM
    ~Have a light breakfast such as some cereal or two scrambled eggs.
    ~Eat your lunch.
    ~Come home take a break. Go for a mile walk or two. Rotate this time by running every other day as well as increasing the distance little by little. Listening to music might make the time fly by for you if you hate exercise.
    ~Have a light dinner!!
    ~Go to sleep around 9 or 10PM
