My guess is the trainer schools he is looking into do not award degrees. That is why he is having problems finding eligible schools. Have him look into 2- and 4-year schools that offer athletic training degrees and are eligible financial aid programs. They are probably close enough to what he is interested in pursuing. I have been there before, but not for tanning, and they are a pretty decent place for working out, so I am assuming that it should be a nice place to get a tan. The monthly was and is $25 a month for me which I pay by the year.
