The theory is that when you ingest green tea with a meal, it inhibits the absorption of fat in the food you're eating. It won't help you lose weight that you already have. It is a good supplement to your diet (I prefer to drink the tea instead of taking a pill) but it is not recognized by the FDA for weight loss. I hate to say it, but if you're not also working out, you should not see any weight loss.

My Dr. and I just discusses this last week. Not all people who go through that are going through it due to being lazy. I have limited things i can do as of exercise as i was a passenger in a car accident that almost broke my neck. My feet are bad and i can't walk much or use a tread mill.
Dr. talked about this due to trying to help me lower my blood pressure, diabetes, high cholestrol, ect.

i don't think it causes weight loss, necessarily. it contains a diuretic, which helps with bloating, but it's such a small amount that it wouldn't cause weight loss. since it is a lower dose formula, it could help with hunger associated with the pill.
